1. What cookies are

2. Cookies Consularly uses

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies support authentication, session refresh, security protections, active organization selection, and other functions required to provide the service. Disabling them may prevent sign-in or cause protected features to stop working.

Preference storage

The application may store interface preferences such as theme, dismissed notices, or workflow state so the platform behaves consistently between visits.

Analytics or advertising

When configured on the public Consularly website, optional Google Analytics measures public page visits, demo-link clicks and successful demo enquiries. It loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” With your consent, session storage retains allowlisted campaign labels and the referring website’s origin so we can understand how visitors reach the demo form. Other URL parameters and full referring paths are discarded. Campaign labels and selected plan may accompany your enquiry. We do not send form contents, student records or account identifiers to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. This integration is not enabled on consultancy workspaces or private application routes.

3. Third-party services

A feature you choose to use may open or embed a third-party service, such as Google sign-in, Google Calendar/Meet, Gmail, communications, media, or social platforms. That provider may set its own cookies under its privacy and cookie policies. Consularly does not control cookies placed directly by an independent third party on its own website.

4. Managing cookies

Browser settings can show, block, or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may sign you out, prevent session renewal, or stop organization-specific functions. When optional analytics is configured, use “Analytics preferences” on the public website to allow or decline it. Declining after previously allowing it stops this integration and reloads the page; previously stored analytics cookies can also be removed in your browser settings.

5. Retention

Session cookies expire when the session or browser ends. Persistent cookies expire after a defined period or when removed. Security and organization-selection cookies may be renewed while the service is used. Exact duration can vary by authentication state and platform configuration.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when browser storage, integrations, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
