One platform, three ways to scale.

Essentials is the admissions-focused workspace. Operations adds courses, course materials, classes, batches, routines, class attendance and mock-test administration. Scale includes the full Operations workspace with ten branches and higher capacity. All plans include the full HR workspace for staff, partners, hiring, payroll, leave and useful links, plus AI mock interviews and HR pre-screening allowances at their published limits.

Consultancies need counselors, teachers, receptionists, accountants and managers to work in the same system. We do not penalize adoption with per-seat or per-student fees. Your tier is based on storage and operational usage instead.

Operations and Scale include annual shared mock-test allowances: IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training and PTE credits are NPR 849 each, and Duolingo credits are NPR 499 each. Essentials keeps AI mock interviews but does not include mock-test administration. When an allowance is used, contact the platform operator for an approved upgrade or contract add-on.

Accio is the read-only AI co-pilot for consultancy operations: ask questions about students, applications, invoices, visa workflows, mock-test results, university criteria and other approved workspace data. One Accio action is one completed request, including the internal tool lookups needed to answer it. An HR pre-screening pack covers one candidate workflow: application and CV screening, five tailored interview questions, five answer evaluations and a final hiring report. Both allowances are shared across the organisation and reset monthly: Essentials includes 50 Accio actions and 5 HR packs, Operations includes 150 and 10, and Scale includes 300 and 20.

Email campaigns include monthly recipient-send allowances of 2,500 for Essentials, 10,000 for Operations and 30,000 for Scale, with daily safeguards of 500, 2,000 and 10,000 respectively. SMS includes 100 segment credits per month for Essentials, 250 for Operations and 500 for Scale, with matching daily caps of 100, 250 and 500. Credits count estimated provider-billed segments, including personalized text and the organization signature; longer messages and Unicode text can use multiple credits per recipient. Reservations are checked before queueing, while transactional email uses a separate path. Third-party provider, carrier and delivery charges are separate and passed through at provider cost. SMS campaigns, Omnichannel Inbox and social publishing are available on every plan.

Branch workspaces are controlled by the platform operator and share the organization plan. Essentials includes one branch, Operations includes three, and Scale includes ten. An independently operated franchise that needs separate billing and data should be provisioned as its own organization.

The platform operator can grant a 21-day trial on the plan that fits your consultancy. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Annual billing charges ten months for twelve months of service.
